The Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme
Aimed at: | Senior executives with at least 15 to 20 years of management experience, from all industries, sectors, and countries with an average age of 45. Having already held a senior leadership position for some years, they see the programme as a chance to reflect on their experience and re-energise both themselves and their organisations.
