The Scottish Government's Action Plan on European Engagement sets out how the Government intends to engage with the EU and Europe. This document has been published in draft form for discussion with stakeholders before being finalised at the end of 2008. The Action Plan complements the Government's International Framework which can be found at http://www.scotland.gov.uk/internationalframework.
