Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001:
Proposed changes to the Regulations made under the Act covering fitness requirements for Providers, Managers and Employees in care services regulated by The Care Commission

I invite you to comment on the enclosed consultation paper. It proposes amendments to fitness requirements for providers, managers and employees of regulated care services and of limited registration services for adults with incapacity. A questionnaire is available at Annex A for your response and any additional comments you have on the proposals can be submitted in the spaces provided. Responses are required by 16 May 2008.
