The Group was set up at the request of Scottish Ministers in June 2006 to look at attitudes towards LGBT people in Scotland. Although the work has been facilitated by the Scottish Government, the group is independent of Government and has made its own recommendations. In due course Scottish Ministers will respond to the recommendations made.
The report presents the results of the Scottish Government 2007 Employee Survey covering all permanent and fixed term staff and secondees in core Directorates and Agencies/ Associated Departments. The aim of the survey is to provide a comprehensive picture of employees' perceptions of the organisation and measure their level of engagement with it.
