APPENDIX 10 - PREDICTIVE ACCURACY OF HOUSING LAND AUDIT (BASE YEAR 2001)
This table indicates the predictive accuracy of HLAs produced in 2001.
Column 1 shows the number of housing units on sites agreed as effective from 2001 - 2006.
Column 2 shows the actual number of housing units completed on those sites from 2001 - 2006
Column 3 shows the percentage of actual completions against predicted completions.
Column 4 shows the total number of house completions in the Council area from 2001 - 2006 (i.e. including sites not identified the 2001 HLA).
