Town Centre and Retailing Methodologies: Final Report [Planning]

SPP8 Town Centres and Retailing, published in 2006, sets out the Scottish planning policy framework for town centres and retailing. The SPP identifies a range of techniques to support planning for town centres and retailing and indicates that updated guidance for these techniques, will be published in the form of a Planning Advice Note (PAN). This research provides the basis for the preparation of the PAN for these town centre and retailing techniques.

Scottish Survey of Achievement 2006: Local Authority Reports [Education and Training]
