5 CONCLUDING REMARKS
5.1 This consultation paper sets out the draft regulations on the new classes and thresholds for major developments, and the definition of local developments, following the framework set out in the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. We would welcome any comments on the content of the regulations and on the partial Regulatory Impact Assessment and partial Equalities Impact Assessment which are attached as Annexes. Details of how to respond are set out at the front of the consultation paper.
