ANNEX TWO: INTERVIEW SCHEDULE FOR CTOG TARGET OWNERS
A. Introduction and Background
Topics to be covered:
- Who we are ( SPIU, Inclusion)
- The nature and goals of the study (overall aim, method, reporting arrangements, timetable)
- The issues covered in this interview
- Arrangements for interview
- The taping of the interview and opportunities for amendments
- No direct quotations in report without permission
- Length of interview (probably 30 minutes)
- Any questions from the interviewee
B. Actions to ensure equality
This interview is intended to investigate whether progress made towards this Target has had more impact on some groups of individuals than others, for example individuals of certain ethnicity, faith, sexuality, disability status.
1. What steps, if any, were originally built in to the work towards this target to ensure that no particular group failed to benefit from the work undertaken? (These steps may include requirements built in to proposals as well as practical steps.)

2. Do you have any evidence that progress towards this Target differs among people of different ethnicity, faith, sexuality, disability status? (For example, do you have any evidence that non-disabled people are making better progress than disabled people?)

4. Is it your opinion that progress towards this Target differs among people with different ethnicity, faith, sexuality, disability status?

(For example, do you think that people of Black or minority ethnic origin are less aware than those of White British origin?)
11. Do you think that attitudes towards this Target (and/or the CtOG programme in general) and the work being done to achieve it differ among people with different ethnicity, faith, sexuality, disability status?
12. Have you/the Department received any interest/feedback/complaints from any particular group regarding this Target?
13. Have any particular issues been raised frequently in interest/feedback/complaints regarding this Target? If so, what are these issues?
