| Description | This report summarises the findings of a short series of focus groups which were carried out in July 2007 in order to consider people's views and levels of awareness on the availabilty and effectiveness of community penalties in Scotland. Its findings were taken into account in developing "Reforming and Revitalising - the Report of the Review of Community Penalties" published by the Scottish Government on 27 November 2007. |
