Chart 3: Overall condition of special schools, 2007(1)
(1) Condition information was not returned for 16 special schools (10 per cent of special schools). Of special schools rated C or D 44 per cent (24 schools) are reported to have funding allocated to raise their condition from C or D within five years.
Of special schools for which condition information was returned, 86 per cent were rated under the new guidance system.
