Chart 2: Overall condition of secondary schools, 2007(1)
(1) Condition information was not returned for six secondary schools (2 per cent of secondary schools). There was one secondary school where pupils had been decanted to another school for which it was not necessary to collect separate condition information. Percentages do not add to 100 per cent due to rounding.
Of secondary schools rated C or D 62 per cent (94 schools) are reported to have funding allocated to raise their condition from C or D within five years. Of secondary schools for which condition information was returned, 73 per cent were rated under the new guidance system.
