INLAND WATERWAYS ADVISORY COUNCIL (IWAC) CONSULTATION RESPONSE
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for the opportunity for the Inland Waterways Advisory Council (IWAC) to comment on the proposals. Our only comment is in relation to A1:
A1. Are the consultees mentioned under rule 8(1)(e) with whom applicants are expected to consult appropriate and comprehensive? Are there any bodies that should be added to or deleted from Schedules 3 and 4?
In Schedule 3; paras 4 and 5 of column 2 read 'Inland Waterways Amenities Advisory Council'. We changed our name to the 'Inland Waterways Advisory Council' as from 1 April 2007 and so the wording needs amending accordingly.
Otherwise we have no further comments.
