9.0 Summary of questions and next steps
9.1 The deadline for responses to this consultation is 28 November 2007.
9.2 All comments in relation to the proposal and the Partial Regulatory Impact Assessment are welcome. The Scottish Executive in conjunction with the rest of Government concerned will consider the responses to this consultation and that being run by DEFRA, and will use them in implementing the E-PRTR Regulation and the PRTR Protocol.
Question 7: has the consultation document covered all significant issues relevant to the implementation of the E-PRTR Regulation and PRTR Protocol?
9.3 We will aim to publish a summary of consultation responses by the end of December 2007.

Question 1: do you agree with the proposed competent authority arrangements?
Question 2: can you see any difficulties with the proposed enforcement mechanism for the new PRTR sectors?
Question 3: do the reporting arrangements seem effective and reasonable?
Question 4: do you agree with the proposed approach to quality assessment?
Question 5: do agree with the proposed option for establishing a UK-PRTR?
Question 6: should the UK-PRTR have any other functionality?
Question 7: has the consultation document covered all significant issues relevant to the implementation of the E-PRTR Regulation and PRTR Protocol?
