7.0 Compiling and co-ordinating UK data
7.1 On an annual basis, SEPA and the other competent authorities, and Defra in the case of local authorities in England and Wales, will compile E-PRTR data in a format compatible with that required for submission to the European Commission. Compiled data will be submitted to the Environment Agency who will act as the co-ordinating authority. The Environment Agency will set a deadline by which it needs to receive the data to allow it sufficient time to meet the European Commission's reporting schedule.
