4.0 New reporting requirements for existing E-PRTR sectors
4.1 As regards transboundary movements of hazardous waste - a reporting requirement of the E-PRTR Regulation - SEPA currently collects some information but not specifically from operators and on a shipment by shipment basis. Details of the name and address of the recoverer or the disposer of the waste and the actual recovery or disposal site will need to be added to the their existing pollution inventory activities. The reporting requirements of their pollution inventories will therefore be updated to ensure that this data is collected for the reporting year 2007 onwards. The new E-PRTR sectors will of course also be required to provide this data where relevant.
