CHAPTER 3: ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

SPECIFIC TASKS

3.1 Specific tasks are required to be carried out in relation to compulsory orders as specified in the Act (and within the Code of Practice as related to best practice). The main tasks stated for each order fall to the RMO/ AMP and the MHO. The main tasks laid out in the MHCT Act (and highlighted in the Code of Practice) for each of the orders can be seen in tables 3.1 to 3.5.
