18. Hanover (Scotland)'s insurance broker tendered all the association's insurance cover in early 2007 and achieved significant reductions on premium payments. The lower cost for home contents insurance may be passed on to tenants by way of improvements in cover rather than a reduction in the £45 per year premium payment.
