3 SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Successful potential beneficiaries for LAG status will be required to submit terms of reference for their Partnership to the Scottish Executive, providing details of the organisations involved in the partnership as well as information as to how the partnership satisfies the disability, discrimination and equality guidance. All LAG Chairs will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement setting out the responsibilities of the Partnership, in delivering the LEADER element of the SRDP for the Scottish Executive, and in particular in managing the staff, LEADER funding, monitoring and evaluation, reviewing the implementation of the strategy, audit checks on projects and naming the principal and also a deputy should the principal be unable to attend LAG meetings.
