We wish to thank the people who assisted us during the inspection. We received a high level of co-operation from everyone we met in Glasgow - staff, stakeholders and people who use services. We are also grateful to those who took the time to complete and return the questionnaires we sent out as part of the inspection process. In particular, we would like to express our thanks and appreciation to the local inspection co-ordinator and his colleagues who provided us with excellent support. Thanks also to those members of staff who assisted us with the case file reading and staff at Nye Bevan House for their assistance and hospitality during the fieldwork.
