Evaluation

The co-ordinating group will be required to put mechanisms in place to monitor and evaluate progress against the agreed targets.

The group will report to Scottish Ministers annually on what has been achieved and on forward work plans for each period. The first of these reports will form part of a Ministerial review in autumn 2007.

Collaborative marketing of Scottish Higher Education in Montreal

In May 2006 Scotland's Higher Education Institutions joined forces with Education UK Scotland and the Scottish Executive to jointly promote Scottish education and the Fresh Talent Initiative at a fair for study abroad in Montreal. More than 7,000 student advisers from the USA and Canada visited the Scottish stand.
