As shown in the table above there were 52 responses to the consultation. 14 interest groups responded to the consultation. These covered trade unions such as the Educational Institute of Scotland, and the Association of Headteachers and Deputes in Scotland, groups such as the National Autistic Society and Govan Law Centre, and other bodies including the Additional Support Needs Tribunals and the Scottish Committee of the Council on Tribunals.
