APPENDIX ONE INTERVIEWS WITH STAKEHOLDERS
Methodology
In-depth interviews were held with senior representatives of key agencies and organisations involved in supporting the implementation of FPC.
These interviews addressed some of the fundamental issues covered in the evaluation and were used to assist in scoping the issues to be addressed in the main fieldwork stage of the project.
The interviews, which were mainly carried out by telephone, lasted between 45 - 60 minutes. They were based on an interview topic guide that followed the evaluation's objectives.
Interviewees were given an assurance that the interviews were confidential and that no statements or opinions would be attributed to individuals unless prior agreement was given.
The interviews were carried out in March and April 2006.
