1. DTTOs were rolled out in phases. Please see Annex, paragraph 19.12, for information on where this disposal was available in each year.
2. Aberdeen City figures included Aberdeenshire in 2004-05 and from 2005-06 also include Highland and Moray as Aberdeen City is the lead authority in the Northern Partnership.
3. Dundee City is the lead authority and from 2004-05, provides these figures for the Dundee, Perth and Angus Partnership.
4. From 2004-05 South Lanarkshire figures include North Lanarkshire.
5. From 2005-06, Edinburgh City figures include Midlothian.
6. West Dunbartonshire figures include East Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute.
7. Figures for Renfrewshire in 2004-05 have been updated since the previous publication and the total for 2004-05 is therefore lower.
8. Orders per 10,000 population are based on GROS mid-year population estimates for 16-70 year olds. The rates for Aberdeen City, Dundee City, Edinburgh, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire are based on the population of the full partnerships in each year.
