APPENDIX 1 - QUESTIONNAIRE
Dear Colleague,
SCOTTISH EXECUTIVE TRAVEL SURVEY 2006
The Office of Chief Researcher is conducting the SE Travel Survey 2006 on behalf of the SE Transport Working Group. You have been randomly selected to take part in this survey, as a representative from one of the six main SE buildings in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The purpose of this survey is to collect information about how SE employees, secondees and other temporary staff travel to work and on business, in order to inform the new revision of the SE Travel Plan, which aims to promote more sustainable travel choices for SE employees.
Your participation is vital in helping us to respond to your travel needs and your response will not only help inform the new Travel Plan, but will also influence future travel initiatives in your building. The survey results will be published on the Intranet in April 2006.
We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete and return this questionnaire by 24 March 2006.
Completing the questionnaire should only take around 15 minutes of your time.
All responses will be treated in the strictest of confidence and no information given as an individual will be released by OCR.
Please return the completed questionnaire to Katherine Macdivitt, Office of Chief Researcher, 4WR, St Andrew's House, Regent Rd, Edinburgh, EH1 3DG.
If you require any assistance in completing the questionnaire, or have any questions on the survey itself, please also contact Katherine Macdivitt in OCR, on 0131 244 3167 or email Katherine.Macdivitt@scotland.gsi.gov.uk
