ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Scotinform's evaluation of Tartan Week 2006 was conducted with input from the partners involved in the 2006 Tartan Week programme. Scotinform would like to thank the individuals who agreed to be interviewed for the purposes of the evaluation, including the Scottish Executive personnel in Edinburgh and Washington DC who were involved in the Tartan Week 2006 event programming and event organisers whose events/activities at Tartan Week received funding from the Scottish Executive. Grateful thanks also to the Scottish Executive's Communications Team and the VisitScotland Press Office who provided media information for media analysis purposes. The evaluation process was overseen by a Research Advisory Group including representatives from the Scottish Executive.
All individuals involved in the study were given an assurance of confidentiality and are unnamed.
