  16. Details of historic staffing levels at each Harbour are included in the Information Room. Tenderers should refer to this to obtain indicative levels of staffing that may be required.
  17. The Harbour Agreement and Property and Equipment Licence will regulate the Operator's right of access to and use of the various assets at the Ports. Tenderers should refer to these contracts.
  18. Details of CalMac historic staffing levels at each Port are included in the Information Room. Tenderers should refer to this to obtain indicative levels of staffing that may be required.
  19. Where an activity is not relevant to a particular Port, "not required" must be inserted in columns 2 and 3.
  20. It is recognised that staff may perform functions at more than one Port. Where this is the case, this must be clearly identified.
  21. It is a requirement that this is completed for each asset at the Port (e.g. building, linkspan, gangways, slipway, information board etc). This must include assets leased by CMAL. The owner of the asset must be specified.
  22. This should clearly identify the type of lighting (e.g. pier head, slipway, navigation etc)
  23. This table should be completed for any other activities relevant to the Port but not listed here.
  24. The Harbour Authority's ordinary terms and conditions of use of the Port to be adopted and signed by both parties.
