2 Two present responsibilities of the Scottish Arts Council ( SAC) and Scottish Screen will not transfer to Creative Scotland. SAC's present responsibility for the funding of the national performing companies will in future be undertaken by the Scottish Executive. Responsibility for the Scottish Screen film archive will transfer to the National Library of Scotland.
