Part 2 Minimum Wages
Minimum hourly rates-up to 26 weeks
5. Subject to the following provisions of this Order, the minimum hourly rate of wages payable to a worker who has been continuously employed by the same employer for up to 26 weeks shall be the sum shown in Table 1.

6. Subject to the following provisions of this Order, the minimum hourly rate of wages payable to a worker who has been continuously employed by the same employer for more than 26 weeks shall be the sum shown in Table 2.

7. Where a worker to whom article 6 above applies holds either-
(a) a Scottish, or National, Vocational Qualification in an agricultural subject at Level III or above, or
(b) an apprenticeship certificate approved by Lantra, (formerly ATB Landbase), or a certificate of acquired experience issued by ATB Landbase
he shall be paid, in addition to the sum specified in article 6, and in respect of each hour worked for which the worker is paid as specified in article 6, a sum no less than £0.86 from 1 January, 2007.
