3. Any other comments?
3.1 The Scottish Executive would welcome your views on any subject related to strengthening the enforcement of environmental law. For instance, we are aware that SEPA have concerns about freeloaders/unlicensed waste site issues and they tell us that this is often raised by business and the waste industry. We are also aware that some NGOs would like to see improved recording of environmental and wildlife crimes to allow for better case statistics and analysis.
Question 14.1- any other issues or comments?
14.1 The Scottish Executive would welcome any other comments that you may have in relation to the enforcement of environmental law in Scotland.
