ANNEX K: AREAS FOR DISCUSSION

Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897

Areas for discussion

The Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897 has 196 Sections. A number of these have been repealed or are specifically discussed within the consultation document. However there remain several sections which have not been addressed in detail. We need to gather opinion on whether these sections should be retained in any future new Public Health (Scotland) legislation. The tables hold the following Sections:
