| Description | Views are sought on the terms of a guidance document for professional or other bodies to apply for rights of audience and rights to conduct litigation in the Supreme Courts. Sections 25-29 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions)(Scotland) Act 1990 which provides for these rights, will be commenced in Spring 2007, and the guidance document is to assist applicants with the process.
