1. Because of the low response rate (4%) the results of the learner survey had to be treated with caution. The low response rate was due the lack of direct contact details for individual learners and the fact that a substantial number of companies had not yet completed (or started) their training at the time of the survey.
2. Company Training Grants ( CTG) are used to respond to specific training requests from companies and are mostly about certified training courses. A comparison between the BLA and CTG schemes can be found in paragraph 3.3.16.
3. As mentioned in the methodology section, the low response rate to the learner survey (4% or 87 questionnaires completed) means that the survey results have to be treated with caution.
