SeaFAR created a number of Working Groups, to help it develop the detailed actions set out in this document. These Groups included around 40 further people from across the catching and processing sectors. The Fishermen's Association Ltd ( FAL) participated in the Group's discussions but withdrew on 1 September 2006.
