APPENDIX 10: SCOTTISH GENETIC RESEARCH NETWORK
In order to function effectively and achieve its objectives, the network will require:
- An overseeing steering group
- A network coordinator with appropriate office accommodation and resources to establish a web site and the necessary electronic links with network members.
- The network will need to have an identified 'home base'.
Based on the costs of running the Scottish Stem Cell Network, it is estimated that the resources that would be required could be in the order of £150k a year.
