Discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin or beliefs, disability or sexual orientation will be avoided by reference to the Race Relations Act and the Commission for Racial Equality, the Disability Discrimination Act and the Disability Rights Commission, and The Employment Equality (sexual orientation) Regulations.
