Appendix 9 Background and Questions converted to MS PowerPoint (speech enabled)
A MS PowerPoint version of the presentation was also produced for two reasons. First to use as a presentation in each small focus group. Second, it could be emailed ahead of the consultation to allow students or pupils to familiarise themselves with what the consultation was about and questions before the actual consultation took place.
The PowerPoint version followed the same format with symbols and words underneath. In addition the PowerPoint version was speech enabled.
