The Centre for Change and Innovation at the Scottish Executive Health Department in partnership with the Royal College of General Practitioners (Scotland) invites you to attend an informative one day conference which explores new approaches to depression management in primary care.

This is an excellent opportunity for General Practitioners, Primary Care Teams, Practice Managers and CHP leads to learn about the work of the Doing Well By People With Depression Programme.
Conference highlights include the opportunity to:
- explore the stepped care model for delivering depression services in primary care
- hear inspirational examples of how colleagues have implemented these approaches across Scotland
- participate in the launch of a self-help resources toolkit and care pathways resource for depression
- access well developed CD-Rom and web-based resources for staff and patients
- interact in lively workshop sessions
