10. GOOD PRACTICE

10.1 The 'legal hot line' located in Glenesk House (paragraph 2.12).

10.2 The use of peer support workers, who are also prisoners, in a number of areas in the prison (paragraphs 4.5, 5.2, 5.11, 7.8, 8.25).
