The Strategy

The strategy is aimed at everyone who has an interest in developing the workforce and improving the quality of services. Childminders will also find benefits in this document, although not all sections will be directly relevant to them. The strategy will also be of interest to service users and to unpaid carers.

The strategy is from the National Workforce Group's Education Training and Development Sub-group.
