The deadline for responses is Friday 4 November 2005. The consultation period is, on this occasion, slightly less than the usual minimum period of 12 weeks. However, as the proposals have been developed following engagement with stakeholders during the "Learning from Experience" consultancy and in other ways, we hope this will not cause you difficulty.
