6. Fisheries Law in England/Wales and Ireland
At the Steering Group meeting on 4 May, it was suggested
that it would be helpful to give an overview of fishing law
in other countries to generate some ideas for the afternoon
discussion on the provisional Fisheries Bill. Mr Cameron
Durie, Environment Agency, and Mr John O' Connor, Central
Fisheries Board (Ireland), have kindly agreed to give
presentations about the fisheries law in their respective
countries.
