The words and terms listed below are referred to in this
consultation paper. This glossary provides a definition of
these within the context of the consultation.
Data User - an individual/organisation
which collects and analyses ethnicity data.
Data Provider - an individual who provides
information about their ethnicity.
Stakeholder - an individual or
organisation with a specific interest/stake in the subject
area of ethnic identity.
