9. Conclusion
All involved in Have a Heart Paisley have worked hard to
secure this opportunity to build on the knowledge, skills
and initiatives developed in Phase 1. We will now work in
partnership to ensure that
HaHP's Phase 2 interventions will
improve the heart health of local people and provide
valuable learning for Scotland.
