1: Rent to mortgage figures only apply to figures up
to and including 2002-03, as it was discontinued in
September 2002. For the period 2003-04 no figures were
recorded for rent to mortgage schemes.
2: The increase in 2003-04 is due to the inclusion of
the Glasgow Housing Association, Scottish Borders and
Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership for the first
time, since the transfer of stock from the local
authorities.
