ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The research team would like to acknowledge the help and
assistance provided by the Columba 1400 team, which allowed
access to full programme materials and their own evaluation
and feedback. The Columba 1400 team have also fully
co-operated with the research team's requirements for
participant and direct observation and access to the
residential centre on Staffin. The research team also
acknowledges the co-operation of 30 HT and DHTs who have
freely given of their time to fully expand in two rounds of
face-to-face interviews. Finally the research team also
acknowledges the help and valuable assistance provided by
the Research Advisory Group established by the Scottish
Executive and the Hunter Foundation.
