PRIMARY PUPIL QUESTIONNAIRE
Read this first
We are trying to find out about how well pupils are looked after in school and what they think about their teachers. To do this we are giving pupils in the school this questionnaire. You do not have to put your name on this questionnaire. Your reply is secret and your teachers will not read them. When we write about the work nobody will know who you are.

SECONDARY PUPIL QUESTIONNAIRE

We are trying to find out about how well pupils are looked after in school and what they think about their guidance teachers. To do this we are giving all pupils in the school this questionnaire. It is voluntary, you don't have to fill it in if you don't want to but if you do the results will help the government make decisions about how pupils are supported in their schools. You do not have to put your name on this questionnaire. Your reply is confidential and will only be seen by members of the research team. When we write about our results nobody will be identified by name.
