Scottish Vacant and Derelict Land Survey 2004

11.13 Table 28 shows the relationship between the preferred use and the new use for sites brought back into use since the last survey. Overall, for 262 hectares (56 per cent) of the 466 hectares of land brought back into productive use, the primary preferred use as recorded in the previous survey was the same as the new use of the site.
