Consultation Responses
The Executive is putting into effect Section 12 of the
Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 which enables
Scottish Ministers to require that all NHS Boards prepare
and submit to them for their approval a "Carer Information
Strategy" and to prescribe the format and content of such
Strategies. Draft Guidance was drawn up (hyperlink) and
issued for consultation on 9 August 2004. The closing date
for receiving responses was 29 October 2004.
The responses from individuals and organisations giving
permission for their comments to be made public can be
