3. The List does not include all "SE series" papers, i.e. documents laid before the Scottish Parliament. It includes only those authored by the core Scottish Executive Departments. Where documents are part of the "SE series" this is indicated. Parliamentary publications such as Acts, Bills, and Statutory Instruments, which are published by The Stationery Office, are not included. This statutory material is available on the Office of the Queen's Printer for Scotland web site http://www.oqps.gov.uk. Please note that in this edition Consultation papers and Circulars are listed in their own separate sections although the Title Index and Subject Index provide access to all the publications listed.
4. The List does not include publications of the Scotland Office (Department of Constitutional Affairs). It does not include publications of the Executive Agencies and Associated Departments of the Scottish Executive nor of the Non Departmental Public Bodies sponsored by the Scottish Executive. These bodies generally produce their own publication lists and make publications available on their own web sites. Their web sites and where available, electronic versions of their publications can be located using http://www.ukonline.gov.uk/.
