2. % Change Mar 02 - Sept 03 - The percentage change in the number of registered places in care homes for older people in between March 2002 and September 2003. The change is given by individual local authority and Scotland overall.
3. 2003 Population 65+ - Population aged 65 and above by Local Authority in 2003
4. Total Reg per 1,000 65+ local population - The number of registered places per 1,000 of the local population aged 65 and above. The number of places registered per 1,000 of the national population aged 65+ is 45.
